These Terms govern your use of We-Bills invoicing and accounting software. By registering, you accept these Terms in full.
You must be 18+ and have legal capacity. Businesses must be properly registered in their jurisdiction.
Plans auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Prices include VAT where applicable. We accept EUR, GBP, and USD.
For consumers in the EU/EEA: You have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us via email at contact@we-bills.com before the deadline. We will reimburse all payments within 14 days.
Exception: If you have actively used the service during the withdrawal period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for usage.

No illegal content, fraud, unauthorized access, spam, or platform abuse. Violations result in immediate termination.

We-Bills software and trademarks belong to SMART DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD. You retain ownership of your invoices and data.
We-Bills is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to 12 months of fees paid. Nothing excludes fraud or negligence liability.
Governed by English law. EU consumers may also rely on mandatory protections in their country of residence. Disputes subject to English courts or EU Online Dispute Resolution: ec.europa.eu/odr.
